Hi, I'm Vinny Argiro. Owner and operator of Bone Island Welding.
I grew up in a boilermaker family. My father, uncles and cousins were all in the trade. The work was great and I learned the craft with one of the best groups of people I have ever known. This experience taught me that no goal can be denied with proper planning and execution. The adverse conditions and types of welding we encountered were unparalleled. Fear of heights or claustrophobia was unheard of. Extreme heat or extreme cold conditions would change daily. All in all I would have to say I enjoy the conditions here in Key West MUCH better !!! The skills I acquired while working as a boilermaker are an asset to my business for sure. Precision was a key factor. Our welds were under close visual and mechanical inspection at all times. Conditions required our work to endure excessive heat (1500 + degrees) and pressures (2000+ psi). Americas power grid depended on it. Working with old or corroded metals, welding in awkward positions, fabricating and designing methods of finishing a job beyond the customers expectations are all things that make Bone Island Welding the best choice for your job.
